Lecture Notes

The topic heading is a link to an outline of the lecture notes. The outline will appear in this frame. Links will be given at the bottom of the outline to lecture notes. The date shows when the notes were last updated.

The files for the lecture notes are either in handout (HO) or screen color (SC) versions. The handout files are black and white copies of the lecture notes printed four slides to a page with a column running on the right side for taking notes. They are meant to be printed out. The screen color files are full color versions of the lecture slides. They are not meant to be printed out as hard copies.

Files provided at the bottom of the outline listing as bullet items are in many cases expanded (full page) versus of examples given in the lecture notes.

Lecture notes, handouts, and examples are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or higher to read these files. They will occupy the entire browser window. To return to the Table of Contents listing after viewing a section of notes, use the BACK button on your browser.
